Somerset Maintenance Fund Information

On this page, you will find a breakdown of the Somerset maintenance fund goals and paid expenses. Our goal is to provide as much tranparency as possible in regards to the financial goals of the community and provide an up-to-date list of who has and has not paid the maintenance fees. Clicking on the "Who has Paid?" link below, you will find the list of who has and has not paid. The number in the 'Neighorhood ID' column corresponds to the number that was given to you on the pink flyer that was given to you at the beginning of October.
